Manual control: If you need to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, you can easily switch to manual mode, and the entire experiment process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation)
Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of needle passing can be automatically adjusted.
Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).
The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality high borosilicate heat-resistant glass materials, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
Equipped with an imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent fluidity and very low noise, less than 60db.
